Canaima

In a Guianese in Venezuelan region of the Solid massive formation to the southeast of the Bolivar state and about 225 Kms. of the river Orinoco is impenetrable and mysterious this hermos national park. Proposed in 1975 as Natural Patrimony of the Humanity, it combines forests and savannas with the imposing tepuyes that date of the Pre-Cambrian era with more than 3500 million years. From the summit of one of these giants of the past, the Auyantepuy, the highest water falls in the world, The Salto Angel with 1005 Mts. of height. The combination presented by this geologic formation of the oldest of the world, and the jumps of water that from the " tepuyes " they sometimes jump to the hole in superior heights to the 900 meters, it is really an unique show in the world. Also, the tropical forest and their exotic and exuberant vegetation will make you feel in a lost world of indigenous legends and of multicolored birds that evoked and they consumed the desires of the scanners of the colonial ones to locate the famous Dorado or legendary city of gold and wealth. Diving in Los Frailes (for beginners)

One of the nicest dive spot we have to present is called "Los Frailes Islands". 8 different islands in the northeast of Isla Margarita, building an underwater world paradise to explore.
Los Frailes is seated 12 km northeast of Isla Margarita, a 45 minute boat ride from "El Tirano", an old fishermen town close to Playa el Agua beach.
08:30 - Time to pick up our diving guests for a trip today! Leaving by boat from El Tirano in 45 minutes to Los Frailes, hoping to see some visitors during the boat ride, for example: dolphins, flying fishes, sea-turtles or maybe a whale.
10:30 - Welcome to Los Frailes islands, Here we prepare the snorkeling and diving equipment in our diving base "Villa Tropical" (Rancho de Locos), getting ready to dive.
12:30 - Yummy, after a beautiful dive, we fill up the divers stomach with fried fish and chicken.
14:00 - After this "siesta", we are getting launched for the second dive this day.
16:30 - Back to the civilization. Our guests are happy and tired, what a great day!
