Description:
We own 22 hectares already developed, and have another 50 with existing projects. On the developed area we have two sections of rooms. Our architecture is mediterranean style with rooms tropically decorated in rattan and wood that offer great comfort.
Ubication:
Dunes Hotel & Beach Resort is located at the northernmost coast of the island, in the area of the best beaches of the island. Our beach, Puerto Cruz, is 2.5 km long and is of oceanic type. On the left of the hotel you will find Playa Zaragoza, a small protected bay. We are 25 minutes away from the Santiago Mariño Airport and 30 minutes from Porlamar, the main commercial town of Margarita.
Rooms:
329 rooms divided into 33 ’houses’ with a total of 203 rooms, and 3 ’buildings’ with 126 rooms. At the ’houses’ there are 115 standard rooms with queen size bed, bathroom, closet; 72 junior suites with a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and closet, and a livingroom area/kitchenette with a double sofabed and bathroom, and 16 senior suites with a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom and closet, an extra bedroom with two individual beds and a closet, and a livingroom area/kitchenette with a double sofabed and bathroom. At the ’buildings’, the 126 rooms are separated into interconnecting standard rooms, which can have either a king size bed, two individual beds or a kitchenette with a livingroom/bedroom area. Each one has a bathroom and a closet. All have garden view, air conditioning, cable TV, hair dryer, radio alarm, coffee making machine and mini fridge.
Facilities:
There are 5 restaurants, 1 snack bar and 1 pool bar on premises.
This is a beautiful beach complex which features several pools surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Also here: car rental facilities, organized excursions departing from the hotel and other activities. The hotel offers several state-of the-art executive and meeting rooms.
